Where are you from?
Born and raised right here in the Tri-Cities!
Why did you get into radio?
My very first experience with radio braodcasting was at Tri-Tech Skills Center. It was a summer school class. I was shy and didn't want to, but peer pressure made me give in. YAY peer pressure! ;) But I loved every mintue of it, and it helped me come out of my shell.
If you weren't in radio, what would you be doing? I don't know! A lot of radio employees will tell you this too! I honestly don't know. Probably going to school full-time.
What's your most embarrasing moment on the air?
I've made plenty of on-air mistakes...Like saying it was Tuesday when it was Wednesday...Or going off on random tangents. That's always embarrassing. I think the most embarrasing moment happened off-air. I was talking to a listener and called them "Ma'am". He then related to me he was, in fact, a guy. I apoligized a bunch, but he was very kind and gracious. Then I gave him baseball tickets because I still felt bad.
What's the first concert you've ever been to? Everclear in Seattle
Where can people find you hanging out in Tri-Cities? When I'm not at home or hanging with the crew here at the station, I try to be anywhere there is live music.
Do you have any hidden talents?
Not a lot of people know I play the piano.
Any words of advice?
Life is a gift, but it's short. Live, love, take chances, and don't judge!
